"as if" 引导的从句主要有六种类型，以下分别给出例句：
引导方式状语从句，表示情况不是真的，而是主观的想象。如果表示和现在事实相反，从句谓语用过去时。如：He talks as if he knew all about it.（他说起来好像他知道所有的事情。）
引导方式状语从句，表示和过去事实相反，从句谓语用过去完成时。例如：He looks as if he had seen a ghost.（他看起来好像看见了鬼。）
as if 引导的从句也可以表示真实的情况，如：She walks as if there is something wrong with her foot.（她走路的样子好像她的脚有问题。）
引导方式状语从句，as if + to do 或 as if + doing，这实际上是从句的省略形式。如：It seems as if it is going to rain.（看起来好像要下雨。）It looks as if he has lost his way.（看起来他好像迷路了。）
